Electrification Lead – Litigation Senior Counsel

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contractual agreements with the company’s partners and participate in meetings
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and advise on the contract terms and conditions, including commercial matters, data protection, and intellectual property.
• Oversee contract review and escalation processes, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.
• Translate and clarify contractual terms to align with regional legal and business requirements.
• Develop and implement legal playbooks in collaboration with other business areas.
• Clearly explain contract terminology and conduct legal training sessions and workshops for internal teams, providing general guidance on the subjects under their responsibility.
• Support high-volume legal demands from different business units, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Anticipate, identify, and mitigate legal risks and potential contingencies, suggesting preventive measures to avoid legal disputes.
