• Assist the Senior Program Manager, East Africa in developing and implementing an annual budget and long-term and short-term action plans.
• Monitor operational plans with measurable targets, specific checkpoints, and clear financial commitments.
• Review, analyze, and make recommendations on grant requests from local implementing partners.
• Provide logistical support for planned events and field operations.
• Ensure operations are legally and financially transparent and compliant with local laws and U.S. laws.
• Maintain communication with existing implementing partners in Ethiopia.
• Assist in capturing and sharing stories, images, and videos for branding purposes.
