Game Engineer

• Join Pipeworks Studios on an unannounced AAA project built in Unreal Engine 5
• Develop tools and development infrastructure that make the game easier to build, test, diagnose, and support
• Partner with engineering, QA, production, support, and client stakeholders to identify workflow and tooling needs
• Design, build, and maintain crash capture, reporting, diagnostic data collection, logging, telemetry, reproduction, and issue-triage systems
• Build automated testing tools, test orchestration, result analysis, reporting, and continuous integration workflows
• Create Unreal Editor tools, plugins, commandlets, scripts, utilities, and validation systems
• Integrate project tools with source control, build systems, issue tracking, external services, and platform-specific workflows
• Investigate difficult failures and improve root-cause diagnosis systems
• Write maintainable code, automated tests, documentation, and support materials
• Provide accurate time estimates and communicate tradeoffs and risks as project priorities evolve
• Use approved AI-assisted coding tools according to client and project requirements
