• Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Content Operations
• Focus on front-end development, content design, and customer-facing content customization and support.
• Responsible for building and customizing web-based training content and phishing simulations, including branded experiences and HTML emails.
• Partner with the Content Team to create new educational materials such as HTML-based training modules, videos, and infographics, while supporting both customers and internal teams with content-related requests
• Design and develop education landing pages, micro-sites, and interactive HTML content
• Build and customize HTML emails and training materials for phishing simulations and customer education
• Ensure HTML emails render consistently across major email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), accounting for known limitations and quirks
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver customized web pages and email content
• Apply customer-specific branding to training materials and course content
• Monitor and respond to customer support tickets via Zendesk and manage internal requests through JIRA

Front-End Developer, Designer

• Build and maintain mobile-first web applications

Full-Stack Web Engineer

• Review customer files, contracts, insurance documents, and project information to determine required deposits and out-of-pocket expenses

• Verify payment amounts based on insurance coverage, project scope, and customer obligations
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payment activity, and account status
• Follow up on outstanding deposits and payment commitments in a timely manner

• Improve performance, accessibility, and UI reliability in areas with high daily usage.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to simplify complexity and ship clear, usable experiences.
• Work with backend engineers on API design, data contracts, and incremental improvements to speed up delivery.
• Help spot tech debt that’s slowing us down - and fix it in ways that pay off quickly.
