• Own the standards for how we develop, test, and release code across our web platform. You'll lead collaboration across multiple teams, establishing practices that keep our systems secure and reliable while raising the bar for code quality and usability across the organization.
• Build and evolve Afresh's Corporate Hub—the web platform that gives corporate stakeholders visibility into store-level ordering performance and centralized control over replenishment configurations, display policies, and ordering strategy at scale.
• Partner with Product, Design, Account Management, Support, Operations and peer engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions that serve client needs.
• Contribute to the vision of the next generation Ordering product and its supporting systems.
• Step into a mentorship role to guide junior/mid-level engineers, foster technical growth, and conduct thoughtful, constructive code reviews.

Senior Software Engineer, Frontend – React

• Join our team as the web developer / system analyst where you will be the technical expert for operating, maintaining, and developing information systems associated with the Transportation Project Tracker and Performance, Accountability, and Transparency and Performance websites.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and document requirements, and to support application development, geo-spatial application development and systems integration.
• Participate in strategic planning and aid customers in resolving problems and issues.
• Develop or modify software that automates new or existing business processes.
• Build and test solutions within the current application development tools, markup languages, and application toolkits such as: ASP.NET, C#, SQL, HTML, JavaScript (including frameworks such as React), the ArcGIS JavaScript API, and Python ExtJS.
• Support distributed systems within multiple sites/branches.

Web Developer – System Analyst

• Designs, builds, and maintains scalable eCommerce and manufacturing solutions.
• Focuses on custom Shopify theme development, app integrations, and backend services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Customize Shopify storefronts to enhance UX/UI and optimize conversion rates
• Implement and manage Shopify APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify performance and functionality
• Design and build custom Shopify apps (private/public) to extend platform capabilities
• Integrate external systems (ERP, CRM, analytics, fulfillment) with Shopify
• Ensure secure authentication and API communication between services
• Maintain and optimize existing custom apps for performance and scalability
• Build modern web applications using React for front-end development
• Develop backend services and APIs using PHP and Laravel
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture where appropriate
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile environment
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design discussions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Web Developer

• Review incoming support tickets from DLCD staff
• Diagnose issues with Django or .NET applications, SQL Server, or Postgres databases
• Implement targeted fixes to keep critical business systems running
• Meet with the Business Analyst to clarify requirements for new features
• Work on modernizing legacy .NET applications
• Design and implement database changes in SQL Server or Postgres
• Create, update, or consume APIs for data sharing
• Perform routine application and server maintenance
• Create and refine documentation regarding architecture and application usage

• Build product features: Implement UI features across our usage and feature access experiences, from design handoff through production release.
• Write quality code: Contribute well-tested, readable code and participate actively in code review as both an author and reviewer.
• Operate what you ship: Monitor your work in production, respond to alerts, and participate in the team's on-call rotation.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with Product, Design, and senior engineers to translate customer needs into reliable, well-crafted experiences.
• Grow your craft: Take on increasingly complex problems with guidance and contribute to team discussions on approach and tradeoffs.

• Drive and generate Foundry's five-year PNL forecast and NPV valuation
• Track progress to BOD commitments
• Identify opportunities and required business changes to improve financial performance
• Develop what-if scenarios to assess potential impacts
• Track key financial metrics, identifying trends, and analyzing variances
• Support ad-hoc LRP requests and critical business decision making
