Software Engineer I – Personal Insurance, Typescript, NodeJs, C#

• Architect Financial Trust: Own the end-to-end financial experience for our Core, Plus, and Pro tiers. You’ll build the responsive interfaces and component logic that allow operators to navigate high-stakes distributions with confidence and clarity.
• Product Design Strategy: Partner across the organization to ensure interface decisions move the needle on conversion, feature adoption, and retention. You are comfortable debating unit economics and UI.
• AI-Native Prototyping: Leverage AI-forward development environments to rapidly test concepts as working prototypes, effectively removing the gap between product hypothesis and production-ready code.
• Production-Level Craft: Work directly within our front-end architecture (React/TypeScript) to implement fluid interactions, elegant data visualizations, and predictable state management where user trust is paramount.
• Scalable Product Architecture: Drive the evolution of the Pro product through components and views that handle property management at scale—addressing variable data, edge cases, and the sophisticated tools operators need.
• Solve from First Principles: Use data, owner feedback, and cross-functional conversation to identify what needs to be designed and engineered before it becomes a support issue.
• Autonomy and Ownership: You are responsible for shipping features and for the ultimate outcome. You’ll use your expertise, data, and user feedback to refine the user experience across multiple product areas to achieve business goals.
• Systemic UI Thinking: Elevate Evolve’s core design system by translating design components and patterns into a robust, accessible, and highly reusable code library that maintains platform-wide consistency.

Senior UX Engineer

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and Salesforce architects to design, develop, test and deploy solutions based on industry best practices and client business requirements.
• Convert UI/UX wireframes into Salesforce applications.
• Develop front-end Lightning Web Components (LWC) for intuitive and responsive layouts.
• Implement solutions using best practices to prevent recurrence of performance issues.
• Document best practices and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with your project team from the design phase to go live on projects to build solutions, resolve technical issues, and implement scalable solutions for clients.
• Research and keep current on technology and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective.
• Take full, end-to-end ownership of technical solutions.

Salesforce Front-End Developer

• Develop client-facing website and forms utilizing PowerApps Portal
• Maintain application baseline in 3 environments (Dev/Stage/PROD)
• Work with the Enterprise Architecture team for process modelling
• Capture data requirements for process models
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and assist Business Analyst with requirements

Powerapp/Angular Developer

• You will contribute as a core engineer on a small team delivering enterprise web services deployed in AWS.
• This mid-level role expects you to take ownership of features end-to-end, contribute to design decisions, and improve reliability and maintainability across multiple applications.
• Design and implement features across the stack (API, UI, and data layer) with limited supervision; write clear technical approaches when needed.
• Own services in production, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause fixes to improve reliability.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical direction (tradeoffs, scalability, security), and participate actively in code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver iteratively in an Agile environment.

Web Developer – Mid-level, SWE I

• You will join a small, hardworking development team building and supporting enterprise web-based services deployed in AWS.
• Implement well-defined features and bug fixes with guidance (tickets, acceptance criteria, and code review support).
• Learn the team’s codebase, development workflow, and deployment process while contributing to an enterprise web services platform.
• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting web applications in AWS (monitoring basic health, reviewing logs, and escalating issues when needed).

Junior Web Developer – Government
