Frontend Engineer

• Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of websites and landing pages across a portfolio of education-focused partners
• Work closely with SEO, Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics teams to deliver fast, accessible, conversion-focused web experiences
• Create reusable systems and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across projects
• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and reusable templates
• Develop landing pages and website experiences that support SEO and Paid Media initiatives
• Optimize website performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement analytics, conversion tracking, and measurement solutions
• Conduct QA testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing website maintenance
• Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives
• Create scalable systems, workflows, and documentation to improve development efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, SEO, Paid Media, and Analytics teams

Web Developer

• Build new features across the Rewards platform: Trends & Insights, engagement/recognition improvements, points expiration, and off-platform redemption
• Own frontend work end-to-end — from design collaboration to testing and deployment Become the subject-matter expert for Rewards frontend code
• Improve test automation coverage using Playwright
• Instrument observability and A/B testing to understand what's working and surface gaps
• Contribute ideas proactively: what's missing, what should be improved, how to raise the quality bar

Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

• Build and ship a production-ready React frontend on a tight timeline
• Work within a React + Convex stack — leveraging Convex's real-time, reactive architecture where it adds genuine value
• Integrate frontend components with existing backend APIs and Convex functions
• Collaborate closely with the backend developer to align on data contracts and API endpoints
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX specs into clean, functional interfaces
• Actively use Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows as a core part of how you build- not as a novelty, but as a daily productivity multiplier
• Contribute product thinking: flag UX gaps, suggest better data models, challenge assumptions
• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and solid performance
• Participate in daily standups and contribute to sprint planning
• Write maintainable, well-structured code with appropriate test coverage
