Field Engineer

• Delivering high-quality technical service and support to medical imaging customers.
• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain medical imaging equipment (Cath Lab - GE, Siemens and Philips) to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while adhering to OEM specifications, industry regulations, and company quality requirements.
• Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
• Document new processes and provide training to end users, while supporting additional duties as needed.
• Ensure updates, calibrations or repairs are completed properly by running tests or diagnostics.
• Driving and vehicle operation as essential functions of this role.

Field Service Engineer – Cath Lab

• Execute preventive maintenance for installed systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, from fault finding to repair
• Replace and manage the lifecycle of critical components
• Follow up on and manage spare parts purchasing and delivery
• Verify and document system performance after interventions
• Plan and manage resolution of complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Act as the main technical contact for clients in Hawaii
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Monitor system condition and identify risks to performance
• Ensure systems operate in accordance with design expectations
• Drive continuous improvements based on field insights
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and service growth
• Support technical discussions and lifecycle service development
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

Operation and Maintenance Engineer – Field Services

• Act as primary liaison to client IT departments to define scope, plan integrations, and implement network solutions
• Provide IT/network/software consulting and support across project lifecycle
• Build and maintain secure network infrastructure including routers and firewalls
• Collaborate with Project and Service Specialists to resolve technical issues
• Assist sales team in proposal development
• Execute technical delivery across multiple projects
• Conduct detailed system audits, custom integrations, and enterprise-level upgrades
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Work closely with Project and Operations Managers
• Develop formal submittals including schematics and technical documentation
• Deliver on-site startup and turnover support
• Review and recommend tools and technologies to enhance productivity
