Events

• Coordinate all logistics for international tradeshows and events, including physical presence, payment processing, staffing, giveaways, and onsite management
• Use project management software to coordinate and track production
• Develop and maintain online event calendars and resources on CCC intranet, public websites, and internal marketing tools
• Create instructional guides and support staff attending shows independently
• Coordinate collection of post-show feedback and key learnings
• Research venues and virtual formats, coordinate online social events, and manage attendee correspondence
• Support virtual events including webinars, forums, roundtables, advisory groups, workshops, and social meet-ups
• Support integrated pre-, post-, and at-virtual-show marketing campaigns that generate customer engagement and leads
• Perform other assigned activities
