Events

• Review event sales contracts and schedule payments.
• Follow up with customers and hotel staff to ensure deposits and prepayments are collected and posted timely.
• Guide customers through the credit application process to ensure enough credit is established to cover their event.
• Make post-event invoice adjustments and corrections.
• Collect final payments and send out billing to customers.
• Report credit, payment, and billing progress to hotels weekly via account notes.
• Reconcile holding accounts to ensure payments are accurately credited toward customer accounts.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding payments and billing.

Event Billing Analyst

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management
• Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft
• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned
• Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity
• Completes and distributes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintains appropriate evidence, demonstrates understanding of law enforcement procedures and professionally participates in legal activities as needed (e.g., police calls, etc.)
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Encourages Associate use of shrink reduction resources
• Promotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a safe environment

Retail Loss Prevention Detective

• Coordinates and plans events from concept through execution
• Manages multiple events simultaneously using strong project management skills
• Collaborates across functions and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Communicates clearly and persuasively through strong written and verbal communication
• Applies broad knowledge of Williams’ business, industry, customers, and competitors
• Supports corporate communications, brand initiatives, and executive‑level events
• Upholds brand governance while supporting internal communications and reputation management
• Evaluates event effectiveness through post‑event reporting, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics to inform future planning and enhance impact.
• Other duties as assigned
