Loss Prevention Associate II

• Lead and manage location leaders, regional managers, and other senior staff across multiple properties within the assigned region.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to regional leadership teams, fostering a culture of excellence in service, quality, and performance.
• Act as a liaison between senior corporate leadership and property-level operations to ensure alignment with company vision, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Identify market trends and competitive threats within the region to ensure properties maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead efforts in enhancing brand presence and reputation within the region by ensuring consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage regional budget and financial performance for all properties, ensuring adherence to revenue and expense targets.
• Review and analyze financial statements, operating costs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the General Managers, Vice President of Operations and Finance department to prepare forecasts, budgets, and capital expenditure plans.
• Oversee operations of all properties within the region, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular property visits to monitor operational performance, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Champion initiatives to improve guest experience and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction across the region.
• Ensure consistency in service standards and quality across all properties, regularly reviewing feedback and addressing any concerns.

Regional Vice President – Hospitality, Live Events

• Responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of all AR follow-up, denial prevention, appeals, and various receivables across Boomerang Healthcare (BHC).
• Ensure aggressive, compliant, and timely recovery of revenue while minimizing aging AR and reducing denial rates.
• Oversee internal AR teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Billing Operations leadership, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, and Finance.
• Lead all AR follow-up functions across: Commercial, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Self-pay.
• Establish and monitor KPI dashboards and other performance metrics.
• Develop AR work queue stratification models and present monthly AR performance to executive leadership.
• Oversee denial management team and implement structured denial root cause analysis process.

Associate Director – AR & Denial Prevention

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events including tradeshows, conferences, internal programs, and virtual/hybrid events
• Coordinate logistics including: Venue sourcing and RFP development; Room block management and travel coordination; Food & beverage planning; Audio/visual and production requirements; Shipping and material handling
• Ensure all event elements align with government protocols, security considerations, and compliance standards where applicable
• Manage full lifecycle tradeshow logistics including: Exhibit coordination; Shipping and drayage; Booth setup and teardown; Power, internet, and A/V requirements; Staff registration, training, and scheduling
• Support execution of in-booth activations and ensure brand consistency and attendee engagement
• Maintain detailed run-of-show documents and logistics trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, leadership) and external vendors to ensure clear timelines, roles, and deliverables
• Own development and management of: Event websites and registration pages (e.g., Cvent), Email campaigns and attendee communications, Pre-event and post-event messaging
• Help ensure accurate, timely, and professional communication, particularly for high-visibility government audiences
• Monitor registration data and proactively flag risks or trends
• Provide logistical and technical support for virtual events using platforms such as: Microsoft Teams, Zoom for Government, Cvent, HubSpot
• Assist with speaker coordination, rehearsal scheduling, and live event support
• Troubleshoot real-time issues to ensure a seamless attendee experience
• Maintain project plans and timelines using tools such as Monday.com
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent events
• Identify risks early and escalate or resolve proactively
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency
• Serve as an on-site operational lead or support resource: Manage registration desks and attendee flow; Coordinate vendors and venue staff; Resolve real-time issues with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure a high-quality, detail-oriented attendee experience aligned with brand standards
• Track and compile event performance metrics including: Attendance and engagement; Campaign effectiveness; Operational outcomes
• Support post-event reporting and debriefs
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to evolving best practices

Event Operations Coordinator – Government & Defense Programs

• Design and deliver engaging virtual and hybrid events that foster volunteer connection, learning, and community, leveraging a variety of formats (e.g., panels, discussions, interactive sessions) beyond traditional webinars.
• Audit and evolve existing events into a cohesive, data-informed strategy that reflects community needs, engagement patterns, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with the Learning & Engagement Manager to assess current events, identify gaps, and define a roadmap for scalable, high-impact event programming.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Learning Design, Community, and Clinical partners to shape event content and experiences that are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with mission priorities.
• Facilitate dynamic, discussion-driven events—guiding conversations and elevating diverse perspectives.
• Serve as both host and operational lead for events, overseeing logistics, platforms, and seamless end-to-end execution.
• Bring a strong point of view on event tools, platforms, and engagement strategies, selecting the right formats and technologies to support scale and impact.
• Evaluate event effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, and continuously iterate to improve reach, engagement, and overall experience.
• Build scalable, repeatable processes that ensure consistency, accessibility, and excellence as event programming grows.
• Project manage event initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and experience goals are met.

Events Program Lead

• Support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs
• Collect, review, and input accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
• Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments when creating events and distributing information
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• On-Call schedule rotation for after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities

Event Programmer

• Collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices and established standards
• Verifying the output
• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
• Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support and client support, when creating events and distributing information regarding those events
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities
• From time to time, will be responsible for other duties as assigned by, but not limited to, Senior Event Specialist, the EM Manager, or the Regional Director of Event Management
