Events

• Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff; communicate directly with Fever Originals manager
• Full visibility into staff roster; set schedule; communicate with the staffing agency about any reschedules of events
• Ensuring each staff member is trained in their duties whether it is validating tickets, accommodating guests to their seats, or setting up the candles in the venue in preparation for the concert
• Drive uHaul with event supplies to and from concert venues (if a candidate is not able to drive or does not have a valid driver’s license, alternative methods of transporting supplies may be arranged)
• Manage inventory and track supplies for venues
• Manage any printing needs
• Manage guest lists for all events
• Manage the opening and closing remarks at events (this will usually consist of a recorded speech, but may require public speaking on an occasional basis)
• Weekly reporting to Fever Originals Project Managers about the status of each event; including both the pre and post-event findings and feedback
• Occasionally assist with evaluating and executing walk-throughs of potential venues
• Opportunity to partake in an exciting and rapidly growing company and the possibility to manage Candlelight and other Fever Original Events in other areas
• Represent both the Fever and Candlelight brand fully through professional communication and management; acting as the main customer service representative at every event

Hiring Event

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management
• Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft
• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned
• Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity
• Completes and distributes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintains appropriate evidence, demonstrates understanding of law enforcement procedures and professionally participates in legal activities as needed (e.g., police calls, etc.)
• Coordinates and completes shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Encourages Associate use of shrink reduction resources
• Promotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a safe environment

Loss Prevention Detective

• Own the annual events calendar: selection, prioritization, and budget allocation across industry conferences, regional field events, and virtual programs
• Partner with content and demand gen on event programming and messaging: you have a strong point of view on what procurement audiences actually find valuable, and you bring that into every agenda, speaker brief, and post-event touchpoint
• Develop experiential marketing programs that bring the Fairmarkit brand to life at conferences, executive dinners, and hosted events, creating memorable moments that deepen engagement with procurement leaders
• Plan and execute Customer Advisory Boards and customer roundtables with Customer Success end-to-end, from invitations through post-event follow-up
• Build and manage the speaking engagement pipeline: identify opportunities, coordinate submissions, and prep executives and customers for the stage
• Drive pre- and post-event promotion with demand generation: email, social, content sequencing
• Plan our annual event and 3-4 smaller, hosted Fairmarkit field events per year, including venue sourcing, vendor management, run-of-show, and attendee experience
• Handle all logistics: registration, vendor contracts, swag ordering, booth operations, travel coordination
• Use AI tools actively to streamline planning, personalize outreach, and move faster than a team twice your size; we’ll support with the tools you need!
• Track event-attributed pipeline and report results to the Head of Revenue Marketing
