• Help shape the platform that powers real-time banking across Rabobank
• Guide the roadmap, backlog and stakeholder alignment for Rabobank’s managed Kafka platform
• Work with Squad Godzilla within the Sub-Area Integration of the Tech4Engineering tribe to improve developer experience, simplify onboarding, and enable secure, compliant and scalable event-driven architecture across Rabobank
• Drive adoption of event streaming
• Increase adoption of Rabobank’s governance capabilities through standardised onboarding and self-service solutions
• Partner with engineers, Solutions Architects and platform stakeholders to simplify onboarding journeys, improve documentation and clarify standards
• Work closely with Axual, Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Risk and engineering teams to prioritise capabilities
• Connect business needs, engineering priorities and platform capabilities

Product Owner – Event Streaming Platform

• Je ondersteunt onze Event Manager en het Commercial team bij de coördinatie en uitvoering van beurzen en klantgerelateerde evenementen in heel Europa;
• Je schakelt met diverse externe leveranciers en werkt nauw samen met onze interne teams om alles strak te plannen;
• Je beheert samen het eventbudget en stemt de draaiboeken tot in detail af;
• Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van het marketingplan en de promotie rondom de events om te zorgen voor maximale zichtbaarheid en leadgeneratie;
• Je fungeert daar als mede-aanspreekpunt voor de locatie, leveranciers en onze eigen collega’s;
• Na afloop duik je in de evaluatie: je verzamelt verbeterpunten, analyseert de resultaten ten opzichte van de gestelde KPI's en zorgt dat we een volgende keer nog scherper staan.

Stagiair Event Management

• Lead the coordination of international events from initial concept and booth design through to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Master the "fine print" by managing complex calendars, scheduling cross-functional meetings, overseeing intricate travel, event logistics, Finance & Budget coordination.
• Support the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and detailed performance reporting.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Manage both internal and external communications, ensuring the brand voice is consistent across English and Spanish-speaking markets.
