Engineer

• Set up Dynamics 365 for Sales, Team Member application, and Customer Insights in a new Microsoft tenant
• Create and configure DEV / UAT / PROD environments
• Replicate existing CRM data model, customisations, business processes, and security roles
• Configure Azure DevOps deployment pipelines for the new environment
• Support and execute data migration including base currency change from USD to EUR
• Ensure integration interfaces (ServiceNow, PowerApps, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, iSpring, ConfigWizard, Dox42) are not blocked by the CRM implementation

• Deliver high-quality C++ features and improvements using AI-native, agentic development workflows with Claude Code as the primary tooling
• Identify, analyze, and refactor legacy code patterns while preserving system stability and safety
• Configure and evolve the AI development environment (CLAUDE.md, hooks, MCP integrations, custom agents and skills) to fit project needs
• Conduct code reviews, leveraging AI-assisted quality validation
• Mentor team members in both modern C++ practices and effective AI-assisted development approaches
• Collaborate with client's technical leads to align on technical direction and coding standards
• Analyze and estimate implementation effort for modernization tasks; report risks and progress

Senior C++ Engineer

• Design and implement WPF-based UI components for the Migration Agent SDK
• Build reusable, configurable UI workflows to support data migration scenarios
• Integrate UI with backend migration logic, including progress reporting, retries, validation, and error handling
• Handle integration points with authentication, provisioning, and other web-based services
• Contribute to SDK documentation and usage guidelines for consuming teams

C#/WPF Engineer
