• responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer
• acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division
• provides Alpha Site support to Engineering related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of new hardware, process or software design

Technical Product Support Engineer III

• Manage calibration processes in compliance with ISO 9000 and IATF 16949 standards

QMS Engineer

• Drive board/system level signal and power integrity requirements
• Lead board/system SI/PI design activities, including PCB stackup/material selection, design guide implementation, layout review, and post-layout analysis
• Work closely with Architecture, ASIC, Mixed Signal, Package, and PCB Design teams to design and ensure system SI/PI performance meets expectation before Gerber out, also work closely with Design Validation teams to support SI/PI failure analysis

• Execute Power Integrity (PI) tools and provide inputs to design and lab teams
• Execute Signal Integrity (SI) tools and provide inputs to design and lab teams
• Develop scripts to provide solutions in design and PCB manufacturing issues
• Define and develop design methodologies to improve design quality and productivity
• Engage with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool vendors for tool evaluation and support

Senior Engineer, OMT Prod, OEE

• Conduct semiconductor component selection, testing, and qualification to meet product specifications.
• Lead investigations and end-to-end failure analysis for component and system issues, working with vendors to define, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions (8D, RCCA, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on component selection, risk assessment, design reviews, and proactively drive risk mitigation.
• Analyze and influence vendor technology roadmaps in support of Cisco product development requirements.

Senior Component Engineer – Semiconductor Devices
