• Lead daily jobsite kickoffs covering scope, sequencing, safety, and schedule
• Coordinate crew start times, locations, and daily expectations
• Ensure crews have proper tools, materials, and training to perform safely and efficiently
• Supervise erection of PEMB systems, including structural steel, insulation, and exterior steel
• Maintain high-quality standards while prioritizing jobsite safety
• Manage equipment, machinery, and crane coordination
• Approve timecards and track labor productivity
• Complete required documentation including timesheets, work orders, and incident reports
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Communicate job completion status for invoicing and operations coordination

Steel Erection Supervisor – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

• Proactively administer and maintain client environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and core infrastructure; keep systems healthy, patched, monitored, and operating with minimal recurring issues and downtime.
• Own escalated support tickets and infrastructure tasks from diagnosis through completion, including root-cause troubleshooting, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, server maintenance, line-of-business application support, and small-to-mid-sized technical projects; document work clearly and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Improve client security and resilience by enforcing standards for patching, MFA, endpoint hygiene, backup verification, disaster recovery readiness, system documentation, and change control; identify risks early and recommend practical remediation steps that improve stability, security, and long-term service quality.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Tier 3 Engineer

• Provide specialized expertise in structural systems supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA)
• Ensure structural integrity assessments are accurately captured in the DHA database
• Provide expert structural engineering guidance for complex healthcare facilities
• Develop strategic recommendations for facility recapitalization plans
• Evaluate building components and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assess structural conditions of medical centers, hospitals, and laboratories
• Ensure compliance with building codes and provide technical oversight for structural modifications

Structural Enterprise Engineer

• Create, maintain, and deliver various forms of end-user training content
• Work closely with both technical and end-user teammates within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to support enterprise collaboration initiatives
• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory domains, user accounts, group policies
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex identity and collaboration issues
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
• Provide guidance and mentorship to associate- and mid-level engineers.
