Lead Interface Engineer – Power and Lighting Control Systems

• Execute analyzer turnaround maintenance and oversee assigned analyzer service projects.
• Interpret, recommend, and implement analyzer engineering design improvements and upgrades.
• Review analyzer spare part requirements and update analyzer documentation systems.
• Operate and maintain analyzer workstations, software tools, and data acquisition systems.
• Conduct specialized technical training for analyzer technicians to enhance competency levels.
• Evaluate and optimize sample conditioning systems, ensuring reliability of sample flow, pressure.
• Initiate and optimize preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for online analyzers.
• Review and manage analyzer materials, spares, and consumable requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs covering: basic analyzer chemistry, sample systems, troubleshooting, and calibration.
• Provide technical support in troubleshooting analyzer and sample handling systems.
• Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process analyzers such as gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers, combustion analyzers, hydrocarbon dew point analyzers, and CEMS systems.
• Support customers during commissioning, start-up, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for training, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for analytical systems at Yokogawa facilities and end-user sites.

Lead Analyzer Engineer

• Support daily operations including troubleshooting, plant optimization, equipment resources, debottlenecking, and production loss accounting
• Maximize plant production and ensure achievement of daily production plan
• Provide technical support to plants as per SOP and OMS procedures for GAS products
• Conduct troubleshooting for any plant abnormal condition or low productivity
• Monitor plant production performance and initiate DCRs and TSRs for improvements
• Prepare action plans and follow up for closing recommendations

Operation Engineer – GAS

• Provides process engineering guidance and technical expertise to operating departments aiming to achieve a safe & sustained plant performance
• Provides technical input in EHSS activities, e.g. MOCs, PHAs, HazOps, PSERs (Pre-Startup EHSS Reviews) and verifies EHSS process related calculations
• Supports operating departments in achieving Sustainability KPIs
• Performs requested studies to assess operating plants’ conditions to improve safe performance and achieve production capacity/Targets, through PESR system
• Analyzes new technical developments in process engineering to propose improvements in the existing facilities, as well as focal point for handling process related technical service requests (TSRs)
• Periodically monitors critical operating parameters to assess equipment performance, with respect to optimum operation, and develops plant load optimization proposals, when applicable
• Supports Operating plants in process feasibility studies, BEDD, PDP, FEED, detailed engineering, execution, run test, commissioning and startup of site projects to ensure proper compliance
• Participates in operating plants’ startups & shutdowns, as well as support in investigations of unscheduled plant interruptions
• Participates in process related Reliability Methodologies of operating plants
• Conducts studies of process chronic problems, and provide short/long term solution proposals
• Represents PETROKEMYA in licensor and other SABIC entities’ communication, exchanging expertise & knowledge in resolving technical problems

Senior Engineer, MTBE Process

• Provides support by technical means in organizing, developing, and maintaining central planning function
• Monitors Planning & execution process by providing data and analysis of Maintenance performance
• Ensures implementation of reliability strategies and up-keeping of Master data in SAP
• Provide technical inputs to improve planning strategy and to improve overall Asset maintenance work process KPls
• Assist in setting the goals and objectives for the department and for individuals to meet the company business objectives

• Define activities, resources, methods and create maintenance orders / packs in line with Standard Planning Procedures.
• Review new SAP notifications and clarify work contents.
• Create Work Orders / Job Packages with complete information.
• Inspect materials with concerned Engineer & Requester upon receipt.
• Ensure SES / GR are issued at work completion.
• Issue Weekly status reports to ensure compliance with PM programs of EHSS Critical Equipment & Devices.

Senior Engineer, Maintenance Planning – GAS

• Define, Plan & Coordinate all activities for Capital & Materials related to his discipline
• Comply with GAS Operation Management System (OMS)
• Ensure the availability of all stock and non-stock materials
• Utilize MDRM system to create / update material
• Follow up and Expedite ordering & availability of required materials
• Perform technical evaluation of received bids / offers

• Partner with sales teams to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
• Analyze customer requirements and develop detailed technical specifications for product configurations
• Create comprehensive proposals that align with quality standards and customer expectations
• Provide expert technical guidance during implementation phases and conduct initial user training
• Research and evaluate technical specifications to determine accurate pricing and resource requirements

• Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance for unsolved routine rotating issue
• Shutdown/turnaround inspections on rotating equipment
• Support maintenance to promote mechanical integrity, safety & reliability of rotating equipment
• Participate with subject matter expert in reliability methodologies (RCM, RBI and RIS)
• Develop, monitor and revise plant rotating equipment maintenance strategies to ensure and enhance the integrity and reliability of rotating equipment
• Perform Reliability improvement study in Machinery discipline considering chronic issues, repeated failures, obsolescence and improvements
• Ensure integrity and reliability of equipment covered under Capital projects and Management of Change (MOC) as per national and international standards
• Review Bad Actor list (rotating equipment), analyze the problems/issues and provide recommendations to ensure and enhance asset reliability

Engineer, Rotating Equipment

• Organizes, develops, and maintains the maintenance planning section to control maintenance service application
• Monitors and maintains outstanding work order records
• Provides data, statistic, and analysis of maintenance performance parameters
• Controls all plans and technical studies for equipment reliability
• Supports area planner to generate yearly PM and level them according to operation change over plan
• Manages the preventive maintenance work orders
• Audits the pending notifications & WO in the SAP systems
