Industrial Engineer II

• Program, test, and commission Siemens PLC systems (S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500) using TIA Portal / Step 7
• Configure and integrate HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC, WinCC Unified)
• Execute on-site startup, including loop checks, I/O verification, and functional testing
• Troubleshoot automation systems, including hardware, software, and communication networks (PROFINET, PROFIBUS)
• Optimize system performance and implement improvements during commissioning phases
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including FAT/SAT reports and commissioning records
• Provide remote and on-site support for installed automation systems
• Diagnose and resolve faults, alarms, and control system issues
• Perform preventive maintenance, system health checks, and firmware updates
• Support customers with operational questions, system tuning, and minor modifications
• Participate in service contracts and emergency call-out rotations
• Train end-users on system operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting

PLC Automation & Commissioning Engineer

• Installation and Configuration and upgrade of Plant Information Management Systems and Alarm Management Systems
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the PIMS/PI Solutions for AMC Customers
• Installation and Configuration of Yokogawa EXA Solutions (EXAOPC Servers, Exaquantum PIMS Historian)
• Installation and Configuration of Yokogawa Alarm Management Solutions and development of Customized Solutions for SABIC and ARAMCO
• Installation and configuration of Exaquantum ARA, SER, AMD
• Configuration of Custom ALMS KPI Reports using SQL, MDX, Report Builder
• Preparation of BOM and ordering of the Yokogawa Hardware – Software including the third-party Hardware – Software
• Preparation of FDS, DDS, FAT procedure and SAT procedures
• Managing the overall Procurement activities for the entire project
• Conducting FAT, and providing support in site execution and completion of SAT
• Troubleshooting, identification, testing of the troubles faced at site and reporting to Regional Support in case of the solution is not possible at site level
• Patch Installation for Yokogawa Applications as per YHQ Recommendation and Implementation of solutions for the non-conformities identified by the YHQ
• Follow up for the PO, Order Processing and Material Delivery
• Provide special / custom training to customers upon request
• Actively participate in Yokogawa’s TSD/RSD growth plans and identify opportunities to provide additional services in the installed base

PIMS/ALMS Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, international standards, and company requirements
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses
• Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required

Engineer, HSE

• Contribute to the design of engineering solutions
• Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works
• Contribute to the analysis of information and drafting of engineering standards
• Communicate the local action plan and motivate people
• Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills
