Engineer

• Participate in the repair of production defective PCBA boards

Senior Failure Analysis Engineer

• Participate in the repair of production defective PCBA boards, following established procedures and guidance.
• Response for failure analysis activities and repair machine (ex. BGA machine, tooling…etc) for defective boards.
• Collaborate with R&D on critical non-conformance (NG) symptoms were required.
• Response for preparing failure analysis reports, repair records, and related documentation, contributing to traceability and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform other related duties or technical support tasks as assigned by the supervisor, based on operational needs.
• Support NPI build activities, including basic debugging, analysis, and repair of defective boards, as part of cross-functional support.
• Work closely with the product engineering team to identify and resolve production-related issues, including those arising from SMT and PCBA assembly processes.

Failure Analysis Engineer

• Configuration and adaptation of the existing control software.
• Design and development of project specific software modules.
• Create software design specifications and test software modules inside a virtual test environment (laboratory) for functionality.
• Adapt visualization screens and dialogs.
• Support system integration testing of the airport or logistics hub together with all interface partners of the IT system (low-level controls and high-level IT), find and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Support the customer during live system operation in all IT-related matters; pro-actively avoid IT issues and diagnose IT problems during system operation.
• Attend customer meetings. Discuss requirements, report progress.

HLC Engineer

• Operate and sustain manufacturing and Foundry network services to ensure high availability and operational stability.
• Deploy, configure, and support network infrastructure, primarily Cisco‑based platforms, in production manufacturing environments.
• Monitor network performance and capacity, identify operational risks, and support timely remediation to prevent factory impact.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional global teams to deliver operational outcomes on schedule.
• Respond to network incidents, participate in structured troubleshooting, and support rapid service restoration to minimize manufacturing downtime.
• Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotations and operational escalations for factory‑impacting events.
• Execute network changes following established manufacturing change management and operational readiness processes.

IT Network Operation Engineer

• Design, develop, and own the complete manufacturing test strategy
• Create robust and scalable test systems, qualifying custom fixtures, and developing automated test software
• Serve as a key technical partner in the New Product Introduction process
• Act as the lead investigator for complex production challenges
• Continuously scout, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge manufacturing test technologies and methodologies
• Elevate the skills of the technical team by developing training programs

Associate Engineer, Test Manufacturing

• Assist in packaging design and development activities under senior engineer supervision
• Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and technical drawings
• Support CAD modeling and packaging structure updates
• Execute packaging tests per ISTA/ASTM protocols (drop, vibration, compression, climate)
• Record, compile, and analyze test data; prepare test reports
• Assist in packaging qualification documentation and ECO submissions
• Support NPI packaging activities including sample preparation and testing
• Assist in sustaining engineering tasks — ECOs, deviation requests, and change implementations
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams on packaging-related issues

Packaging Engineer

• The Engineer, Manufacturing Process is responsible for designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing to achieve quality cost and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers products.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products.
• Develop application software and tooling for a series of complex machines and mechanical process steps within a manufacturing sector.
• Execute with support, capability of machines and process steps using Design of Experiments and statistical methods to ensure maximum utilization of critical resources, maximum throughput, minimum cost and capacity growth; involves integrating equipment, people, material flow, and information systems.
• Solve technical product, process, component, and related problems that affect the efficient operation and/or manufacture of products.
• Provide feedback to product designers on suitability of designs for manufacturability with supervision.

Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Perform analog and custom layout design for assigned blocks under supervision
• Implement layouts using Virtuoso / Custom Compiler or equivalent tools
• Run and debug physical verification checks, including: DRC, LVS Density and reliability checks EM/IR (RedHawk / Totem or equivalent) ESD and Latch up checks (as applicable)

• Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes and system reconciliation
