Engineer

• Conduct severity assessments of blade damages and define appropriate mitigation actions to ensure safe and reliable operation of the blades under service in Vestas
• Provide technical support to Service Sales teams and Service Contract Managers, including direct engagement with customers
• Perform on-site inspections of blade damages and deliver reports for both internal stakeholders and customers
• Support commercial teams by delivering technical assessments related to claims and settlement processes
• Facilitate and contribute to dataroom sessions in connection with claims and EOW settlements
• Act as technical coordinator in customer dispute cases
• Collaborate with Technical Bid Management and Service Operations to support contract reviews, primarily service agreements
• Provide technical input and gather relevant data to support risk assessment of conditions.

Blade Engineer

• Collecting requirements for new products and translating them into compelling concepts
• Designing and testing prototypes
• Preparing product documentation such as Design Input Requirements (DIR), test plans, risk and usability documentation
• Completing design verification tests and generating relevant statistical analysis
• Validating test methods in cooperation with colleagues in the R&D Process Development department

Technical R&D Engineer – Medical Devices

• Repairs, trouble shooting and maintenance on different cranes in the maritime sector.
• Planning, coordinating and implementation of longer lasting repairs and reconstructions.
• Assuring that all assignments are implemented in accordance with safety standards and the company´s guidelines.
• Technical support and mobilization of cranes when needed and with short notice.

Technical Engineer

• Schedule and perform on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of Cytomat and LAI systems
• Deliver on-site training on system service, maintenance, and basic operation
• Manage and maintain local spare parts inventory
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of service documentation, including reports, work orders, and quotes
• Diagnose issues remotely or via phone and coordinate on-site interventions when required
• Dispatch and manage third-party service providers when necessary and follow up on resolution
• Monitor contract, warranty, and service status for installed customer base

Engineer III, Field Service

• Deliver and commission complex datacenter construction projects involving integrated Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Review project specifications and designs; identify commissioning or software-related risks together with the Project Manager.
• Validate design assumptions and contribute to detailed scope of work and cost estimates in collaboration with Operations.
• Execute software development and commissioning according to project requirements, and manage deviations where required.
• Coordinate closely with M&E contractors, subcontractors, and end users.
• Provide clear progress reporting, including weekly status reports and escalation of delays or risks.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), site testing, and commissioning, ensuring all documentation is complete and signed.
• Compile and deliver system handover documentation for O&M manuals.
• Verify installation quality, including review and approval of subcontractor electrical test documentation prior to commissioning.
• Maintain accurate records of commissioning progress and system performance.
• Develop, test, load, and commission BMS software and network-level controllers.
• Coordinate and create relevant drawings, equipment schedules, and submittals.
• Validate complete system functionality and troubleshoot issues across disciplines.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and site-specific H&S requirements.
• Promote a positive, solution-oriented mindset that enhances customer satisfaction while supporting contractual objectives.

BMS Engineer – Datacenter Projects

• Ensure high quality audio performance in GN headsets by porting, integrating, and validating audio DSP algorithms.
• Troubleshoot complex audio DSP and platform-related issues.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to verify functionality and performance of DSP blocks.
• Perform low level debugging and identify root causes of audio anomalies.
• Develop and implement routines for factory calibration of transducers and audio components.
• Document implementation details, integration interfaces, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Algorithm/DSP researchers and Acoustic Engineers.
