Engineer

• Subject matter expert and process engineer leader on A-List new product development global project teams
• Leads cross functional teams
• Develop synergies across multiple product lines
• Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and generally performs in program/project leadership role
• Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines
• Proactively identify risk mitigation opportunities and Process improvements
• Defines manufacturing strategy for zero defect
• Define specifications for production equipment and interact with Mechanization (in house) and/or equipment suppliers to ensure equipment will meet specifications
• Collaborate with other departments on process specifications, quality aspects, Product specifications and continuity of equipment
• Leads the development of new or improved manufacturing and testing processes that are necessary to achieve the performance and cost requirements of future device applications
• Leads the successful launch of new products
• Leads advanced quality planning activities
• Advises on functional requirements, reviews designs and arranges the debugging/qualifying of new high-volume assembly/test equipment or tooling
• Supports improvement projects to reduce cycle time, defects and manufacturing cost
• Collaborates with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure processes are capable, have sufficient controls in place, can meet our delivery requirements, and meet our cost targets
• Evaluate technical capabilities including, tooling design, build experience, maintenance program, processes and Process controls, cell automation – if required, quality control systems, and materials knowledge

Process Development Engineer

Software R&D Engineer

• Communicate with Sales Team and manufacturers across Europe and Asia in order to prepare quotations;
• Analyzing incoming 3D CAD part design for High Pressure Injection Molding, High Pressure Die Casting, Thermoforming, other tooling technologies;
• To optimize part 3D CAD design and improve part design feasibility;
• Participate in pre-sales meetings with Sales Team and external customers via video-calls, support technical questions/answers;
• Support DFM stage of the project in order to verify technical solutions proposed by a manufacturer and to present, and explain it to the end customer.

Molding and Casting Engineer

• Build and maintain demos and prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Develop intimate knowledge of the Graphwise Platform components and capabilities
• Responsible for graph building and consumption tasks, including, but not limited to manual modelling and design and development of automated graph manipulation pipelines
• Do some code development when required for the tasks centered around the Graph processing
• Interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the responsibilities

Data and Knowledge Engineer

• Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical).
• Resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end user's problems via telephone and e-support.
• Articulate both in writing and verbally case summary, resolution and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
• Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
• Represent the company in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
• Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end user SLA demands are met.
• Begin to partner with and assist the Sales Pursuit team.
