• You are responsible for product strategy and development across the entire product lifecycle and will drive the product into our next phase of growth.
• You work closely with Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, aligning key decisions directly with executive management.
• At the same time, you will mentor and develop existing Product Owners and teams, ensuring our structures scale and remain robust as we grow.
• You consolidate requirements from Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, challenge them, and translate them into a prioritized, resilient roadmap that supports our continued growth.
• You will work on further developing our agent-based product platform and drive the structured introduction of new agents, quality assurance, and rollouts.
• In addition, you will advance the maturity of our SaaS business, especially in areas such as pricing, billing, customer onboarding, and the underlying operational processes.
• You work data-driven, define relevant metrics, validate hypotheses, and make traceable decisions, including when those decisions require a clear "no."
• You roll up your sleeves and help out when something isn't working, instead of just delegating.
