Modality Director, APAC Genomic Medicine

• 技術的なトレンドやメルカリ事業への貢献など、多面的な要素に物事を捉え、質の高い研究テーマの設定を行います。
• 調査BMCなども実施し、アプローチの選定や、スケジュールやリソースの最適化を行いながらプロジェクトを円滑に進行します。
• リサーチチームの育成とマネジメント
• チームのトップカンファレンスへの論文採択を目標に、部下であるリサーチャーの研究指導を行います。
• 論文、成果物のレビュー、キャリア開発のサポートなど、チームの能力向上を図ります。
• ステークホルダーの巻き込みと報告
• 共同研究先や事業部とのステークホルダーとの関係構築、円滑なコミュニケーションを通して、プロジェクトの理解活動＆プレゼンテーションを行います。

Research Manager – Director

• Articulate the value of the Tanium platform to decision makers and expertly manage the complex sales cycle
• Nurture and develop relationships within the assigned territory and/or accounts, presenting to the C-suite the value of the Tanium platform
• Work with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts within assigned territory and/or accounts
• Generate appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management
• Accurately forecast, maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene
• Conduct online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads
• Travel as needed

Director of Strategic Accounts

• Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products
• Be responsible for clients including various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales)
• Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.
