• Establish and scale TFS's ophthalmology clinical operations presence across LATAM
• Provide end-to-end oversight of Phase I–III clinical trials
• Build regional infrastructure, governance models, KPIs, and performance frameworks
• Act as a hands-on player–coach across multiple areas
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of local clinical operations teams
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across LATAM
• Serve as the primary regional escalation point for sponsors and internal leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with global teams

Director – Project Delivery, Ophthalmology

• Partners with our internal and external customers, providing them with expert quality support based on a deep understanding of current global Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ GxP requirements and regulatory expectations with the ultimate goal of improved quality and increased customer satisfaction.
• Provides quality oversight, support and consultancy for or within accounts, as assigned.
• Supports the internal account and/or operational teams on quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Provides quality consultancy and support for project/program/functional/account level quality issues, audits, and inspections (e.g. support for audit/inspection preparation and response activities and inspection readiness activities) as outlined.
• Partners with the responsible person for account management (or key project/account team members) and the customer Quality representative to develop and execute a Quality Management Plan/Quality Agreement that will meet the needs of the customer, if applicable.
• Investigates quality trends, potential risks and mitigations with key project/program/function and account team members.
• Supports Direct reports related to goal setting, problem resolution and decision making.

Associate Director, Corporate Quality

• The Group Media Director is responsible for leading a portfolio of high-value paid media accounts, driving performance, strategy, and growth across multiple channels and clients.
• This role owns the day-to-day excellence of paid media delivery within the B2B division while ensuring strategies are aligned to client business outcomes and Power Digital’s performance standards.
• Reporting into divisional leadership with a dotted line to the Head of Paid Media, this role acts as a critical bridge between executive strategy and execution—translating high-level vision into scalable, high-impact B2B media programs.
• This leader manages and develops a team of media directors and buyers, ensuring pipeline contribution is predictable, optimized, and continuously improving.
• They are accountable for both client outcomes and team performance, with a strong focus on retention, expansion, and operational excellence.
