Developer Relations

• designing the end-to-end experience of AI-enabled software development from code authoring and review through to deployment and operations
• shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows
• accountable for the holistic design of Engineering tooling, SDLC workflows, AI Powered Engineering interactions, and Platform as Product experiences
• create a unified experience vision across AIPE, SDLC, developer tooling and platform surfaces
• reduce cognitive load and workflow friction for engineers
• validate design decisions through behavioural and productivity data
• lead qualitative and quantitative research with engineers to assess trust and transparency in AI-enabled workflows
• define experience success metrics in partnership with Technical Product Owners
