• Collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas, and new development processes
• Work based in our Scent Creative Center in Dubai

Scent Design Trainee, Fine Fragrance

• Collaborate with product managers to understand product goals, user needs, and business requirements
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for both web and app
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the final vision
• Iterate based on user feedback and data, and continuously improve product usability and aesthetics
• Maintain and optimize design systems to ensure consistency across the product
• Communicate design decisions and document UX/UI specifications clearly
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional discussions
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT/Claude) to accelerate ideation, generate design variations, and streamline repetitive design tasks

UI/UX Designer – Part-time

• Analyze existing services and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Design customer journeys (As-Is & To-Be) to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and Technical teams to align business, user, and technical requirements.
• Develop service design artifacts such as Customer Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, User Personas, Process Flows, and Service Catalogs.
• Identify pain points and recommend improvements to simplify processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistency across digital service channels and support the implementation of customer-centric solutions.
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and design review sessions to support project delivery.
