Designer

• Design and build engaging game levels that balance challenge, reward, player progression, and overall gameplay goals;
• Collaborate closely with art, programming, narrative, technical art, and design teams to integrate gameplay mechanics, visuals, story, and assets into cohesive levels;
• Ensure levels are technically feasible within engine and project constraints, working closely with programmers and technical artists;
• Organize and participate in playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on level designs based on player, team, and stakeholder input;
• Track level design progress, communicate updates to lead level designers and project managers, and identify blockers or risks in a timely manner;
• Refine and optimize levels to improve gameplay flow, readability, pacing, and overall player experience;
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers when needed.

Level Designer – AAA

• Develop a complete interior design concept for the office from scratch.
• Create the design with our company brand book and corporate style in mind.
• Review office photos, videos, measurements, and floor plans.
• Plan the office layout and recommend furniture placement.
• Suggest colors, materials, lighting, furniture, décor, and overall style.
• Prepare mood boards and visual references.
• Create 3D visualizations of the future office design.
• Provide practical recommendations for implementing the design.
• Prepare a list of recommended furniture, décor, and materials for purchase.
• Make adjustments to the design based on feedback from management.
