Senior Layout Designer – Pathfinding

• Responsible for the creation and distribution of sales illustrations for life and LTC products.
• Responsible for quality control and accuracy of illustrations run and distributed to our advisors.
• Responsible for knowing and understanding the various nuances of products for optimal case design.
• Support the sales team on advisor calls to review case design as needed.
• Support both field development and product departments with training on case design and product availability as well as provide other support items as needed.
• May perform additional projects/duties upon request.

Advisor Team Case Designer

• Research and develop original content ideas, design graphics and motion graphics, and write light copy to captivate Wikipedia's audiences.
• Work closely with the Brand Studio and Social Media Manager.
• Evaluate content ideas against platform best practices and ensure a diverse content mix.
• Develop and maintain organized systems for tracking content, deliverables, and approvals.

Senior Conceptual Designer – Contract

• Incorporate customer requests, text, and photos into designs
• Create polished and professional print-ready proofs with typographic legibility and consistency
• Proofread the customer-entered text
• Ensure the photo quality of customer-supplied photos
• Recolor and edit images based on customer requests
• Review the work of fellow designers to ensure the quality of design and accuracy of edits before sending a digital proof to the customer
• Collaborate with customers through written communication to modify and finalize designs
• Assist with design-related questions from internal teams
• Resolve escalated customer orders with design-related issues
• Work directly with customers via email or screen-share as needed
• Uphold service-level standards by meeting quality, productivity, and response-time expectations
