Data Specialist

• Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate high demand projects within U.S. Data Center Services.
• Support execution of project activities to ensure on-time delivery within project budget and operating model.
• Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance.
• Monitor and release requests for invoicing, including follow up on delays, errors, etc.
• Support coordination of various administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and follow up via email, SharePoint, and Project Management software.
• Meet internal and customer driven SLAs and response times, ensuring proactive engagement across all assigned projects.
• Assist project manager with scheduling kickoff and recurring meetings with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve coordination and/or administrative concerns.
• Act as backup support to project manager on weekly calls.
• Review project plans to ensure that site safety and integrity topics are identified and addressed prior to project commencement.
