Customer Retention Specialist

• Act as the main liaison for our German speaking clients, focusing on retaining salons by demonstrating the continuous value of integrating Salonkee's solutions into their operations.
• Work to prevent clients from transitioning to competitors by addressing their specific needs and concerns with tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to more comprehensive packages and introduce them to our payment services, and additional functionalities.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Salonkee’s software to provide expert guidance on its extensive features and benefits.
• Systematically collect and channel client feedback to our product development team to refine and enhance our offerings, ensuring our solutions align with market needs and client expectations.
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the full capabilities of Salonkee's software, reinforcing the value it adds to their business.
• Proactively identify any potential risks that might affect client satisfaction or engagement and address these issues promptly to maintain high client retention rates.
