Customer Retention Specialist

• Responsible for managing clients' CRM and email marketing systems and serving as the primary point of contact for customer retention matters
• Contribute to the development of results-driven strategies and define suitable KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR and CPC
• Identify untapped growth opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings to internal teams or client teams
• Develop workflows for communication and reactivation measures together with client contacts
• Continuously upskill and research/test new tools, formats and approaches to improve marketing performance
• Medium-term progression into a team lead role in Customer Retention
