• Responsible for writing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) under strict deadlines
• Create additional documents, including pricing proposals, standard program proposals and ad hoc documents for external clients
• Projects coordinated with sales representatives and relationship managers in field offices
• Manages projects independently and adheres to detailed client specifications
• Interacts with sales/relationship management staffs to integrate pricing into formal proposal documents
• Updates product information and sales positioning, customizes proposals to the agreed-upon sales strategy
• Performs daily quality control reviews and copy editing activities
