• Stötta större investeringsprojekt och ansvara för finansiell planering, uppföljning, analys och rapportering

Senior Projektcontroller, Offentlig Sektor

• Owning the billing cycle end-to-end, ensuring that invoicing and revenue recognition are accurate, timely, and aligned with our commercial agreements.
• Owning the accounts payable process, ensuring that supplier invoices are reviewed, approved, and paid on time, and that the AP ledger is kept clean and reconciled.
• Quality-assuring the deliveries from our external accounting partner, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. You will challenge, review, and validate the work so that our numbers can be trusted.
• Consolidating financial results across our group entities and handling internal eliminations.
• Managing group-wide tax matters and filings, including Transfer Pricing documentation and Corporate Income Tax.
• Taking ownership of our CSRD reporting process and developing it as Platform24 matures its sustainability disclosures.
• Producing board and owner reporting that is clear, accurate, and on time, and supporting controlling and BI work that helps the business make better decisions.
• Identifying and driving improvements in our financial processes, tools, and reporting, with an interest in how AI and automation can help us work smarter as Platform24 continues to grow.
• For the right person, there is also room to grow into business controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis.

Financial Controller, Health Tech

• Provide financial support to project teams across full project lifecycle (tendering, project execution, project close-out and warranty)
• Support tender manager on financial aspects during tender stage including risk review process
• Joint responsibility with the project manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project including estimate at completion and related cost-to-complete, forecasted revenues and cash flow, risks and opportunities assessment and ensure alignment with other functions including project controls, planning/scheduling
• Prepare project invoices, manage currency risk, tax issues, bonds and guarantees, financial accounting and reporting with support from relevant departments
• Drive and seek for optimization of project cash flow, revenues and gross margin contribution together with project manager
• Act as a business partner to advise and support the organization in areas related to future state financial performance including finance consulting and provide insight on alternative business scenarios
• Monitor and review project governance process to ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules

Senior Project Controller

• Drive performance management, planning, reporting and analysis
• Define and drive the group-level annual wheel - financial planning and reporting cycles: target setting, performance reviews, financial planning, outlooks and risk management
• Secure high-quality management reporting and financial analysis: decision-relevant reporting and actionable insights and presentations for top management and board
• Define, develop and maintain Group financial steering mechanisms, including KPI frameworks, target setting and intercompany steering
• Develop policies, guidelines and templates for forecasting, risk management and performance reporting, securing clear standards and consistent reporting across the Group
• Work closely with divisional FP&A, Finance BI and Finance Technology teams to develop Group-wide reporting, analysis and financial planning solutions that support financial governance and enable actionable insights
• Leverage AI and new technology to make processes scalable, efficient and automated enabling finance teams to spend more time on value-adding analysis
• Identify, contribute to, and drive initiatives to improve processes and increase automation and financial transparency across the finance organization
• Lead or contribute to strategic Group projects from a financial perspective and drive key improvement initiatives
• Serve as business partner to Heads of Group functions — providing financial insights, flagging risks and identifying performance improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain Group function cost plans; challenge assumptions and ensure rigor in planning and target-setting
• Build and maintain cost allocation models; drive ad hoc financial analysis and decision support
• Ensure cost control, financial governance and compliance within the Group function cost base

FP&A Business Controller – Performance & Risk Management

• Manage documentation deliverables for multiple customer projects, ensuring proper tracking and traceability of all exchanges
• Support project teams by reviewing documentation quality, maintaining conformity standards, and preparing final documentation packages
• Populate and maintain the Document Management System (DMS) with accurate data while ensuring proper access and archiving
• Generate detailed reports and coordinate with customers and suppliers through effective meeting facilitation
• Drive documentation excellence by implementing best practices and maintaining quality standards
