Content Writer

• Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Part Time Merchandiser / Order Writer

• Support Navitus' client acquisition and retention efforts by drafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents for a variety of client audiences.
• Sales support activities can include project coordination (e.g., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordination), follow-up correspondence, and reporting
• Utilize expert-level editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to ensure all written deliverables follow and demonstrate tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions
• Proficiently understand and continuously develop knowledge of business units target markets and trends in those markets and how the products and services are/or may be utilized in the target markets
• Utilize strong project management skills to initiate, collect and deliver on analytical tasks in collaboration with cross-functional SMEs
• Demonstrate an attention to detail and strong time management skills by developing and adhering to stringent timelines
• Support proposal content management and department processes to keep materials current and competitive
• Contribute to the department goal of improved efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying and providing insights into streamlining departmental processes
• Other duties as assigned

Proposal Writer

• Write federal, foundation, corporate and other grant proposals, including Letters of Intent (LOI)s, reports, budgets and funder correspondences with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with leadership on short-term and long-term development planning, including operating plans, budgets and revenue projections to develop effective working relationships with Board Members, volunteers, government and Foundation representatives and others to nurture their connection to the organization.
• Identify potential sources of funding and revenue including federal, state, corporate and nonprofit.
• Coordinate efforts of key staff members to ensure that documents are completed by the specific deadlines for grant proposals monitor progress and ensure timely submissions.
• Use various data sources to run reports and write summaries of results for internal and external use (grant applications and reports, public relations pieces, etc.)
• Stay up to date on healthcare issues and policies to incorporate into grant-writing and public relations materials, including preparing PR materials, fact sheets, newsletters, press releases and media packets.
• Initiate and oversee implementation of special projects.
