Senior Manager, KOL Strategy, Clinical Content

• You will run content like a business inside marketing, directly responsible for how content drives pipeline, conversion, and revenue across the organization.
• The Director of Content Marketing is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for building and operating a high-performing content engine that fuels demand generation, customer acquisition, and expansion.
• You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales to ensure content is fully embedded into revenue-driving programs.
• Define and own the content strategy aligned to demand generation priorities and revenue targets.
• Lead and develop a team of content strategists and specialists across SEO/GEO, social, and editorial.
• Personally contribute to high-impact content including campaigns, thought leadership, and conversion-focused assets.

• Website updates including content, assets, layout/design changes, SEO and metadata
• Perform governance of design files to assess compliance with brand guidelines, CMS component capabilities and responsiveness
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on CMS project implementations, providing guidance on the solution being built.

• Defines content models and copy standards to ensure all deliverables are strategic, creative and distinct.
• Architects and engineers content experiences across digital channels.
• Creates modular, reusable content components and structures content for personalization and omnichannel delivery.
• Partners with working teams to co-develop program “big ideas” and support agile ceremonies.
• Designs and maintains content taxonomies, tagging systems, and personalization rules for content delivery.
• Presents/pitches creative concepts to Senior Leadership/Strategy Review Board.

Marketing Content Engineer

• Create, develop, and publish content for the website and mobile applications
• Update and maintain existing content
• Build web pages/app screens, adhering to brand standards and following responsive guidelines
• Update existing landing pages as requested by channel owners and stakeholders
• Modify image or text assets to respond to our needs and user-experience improvement opportunities
• Conduct quality assurance, testing, and validation of work
• Collaborate with the team, managing stakeholders on timings, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and key stakeholders to publish content that aligns with business objectives and goals
• Review and proofread written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors, ensuring error-free deliverables

Digital Content Publisher

• Lead content execution across all marketing channels (web, webinars, email, sales enablement, paid, social, thought leadership) with messaging tailored to mental health and behavioral health providers
• Design and align content to multi-channel nurture and lead gen campaigns, supporting lead management across the funnel
• Coach and develop the Content Team to build and maintain workflows and SOPs to effectively scale content production
• Translate provider pain points into clear and compelling content that helps customers take the next best step
• Own editorial planning: content calendars, execution timelines, sprint planning, and cross‑functional intake—so teams have clarity on what’s developed, when, and why
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate workflows (drafting, repurposing, research synthesis, and QA support), while following internal guidelines, protecting sensitive information, and ensuring final content is accurate, human, and brand‑aligned
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Designer, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Leadership Teams to ensure content reflects real customer questions and supports the full funnel
• Set quality standards for all content: accurate, current, on brand, and mindful of healthcare trust signals (privacy, compliance, responsible claims)
• Own webinar programs and virtual experiences—bringing in credible voices and topics providers care about (ON24 experience strongly preferred)
• Manage agencies and vendors that support content marketing efforts

Manager, Marketing Content

• Driving the development and execution of the clinical content scope in alignment with the product and content strategy to meet financial and operational targets
• Researching and interpreting CMS, CPT/AMA and other major payer policies based on medical coding and regulatory requirements
• Identifying common error areas that can be made into automated software logic to prevent overpayments from occurring
• Taking edits from concept to specification and then through review, testing and finally data validation
• Developing claims editing logic and content that promote payment accuracy and transparency
• Leading fee schedule development for specific plan(s) and/or the development and implementation of clinical editing rules
• Working with business partners to assist with cost of care claim editing goals
• Performing and/or directing complex fee modeling exercises to ensure that projected unit reimbursement changes meet corporate cost targets
• Reviewing healthcare policy (Medicaid manuals, fee schedules, CCI, OIG Alerts, LCAs/LCDs, NCDs, Medicare manuals, etc.) for coding and billing guidelines that can be turned into software editing rules
• Creating billing edits that provide clients with monetary savings and promote coding accuracy
• Preparing and presenting cost of care data analysis to support the regions cost of care initiatives
• Developing and maintaining the provider reimbursement strategy that will lower the cost of care, improve service, and reduce administrative expenses
• Managing special projects and initiatives
