Content & Communication Manager – Alternance

• Au sein de notre Direction Marketing, et dans le cadre de la refonte de notre site internet, vous intervenez en binôme avec notre Digital Marketing Manager pour assurer la continuité, la qualité et l’évolution des contenus pendant toute la phase de migration.
• Créer et mettre à jour les pages du site existant sous WordPress.
• Intégrer les contenus marketing et corporate (textes, visuels, formulaires, CTA…).
• Corriger les contenus (textes, liens, affichage) et garantir une expérience fluide.
• Vérifier la bonne compatibilité des pages en desktop et mobile.
• Mettre à jour et améliorer les contenus existants en lien avec les équipes marketing.
• Optimiser les pages pour le SEO (titles, balises Hn, meta descriptions…).
• Améliorer le maillage interne et la performance des landing pages.
• Veiller à la cohérence éditoriale et à la qualité globale du site.
• Réaliser l’inventaire des pages existantes et identifier les contenus à migrer.
• Nettoyer, mettre à jour et structurer les contenus avant leur migration.
• Accompagner les équipes projet dans la reprise des contenus.
• Participer à la recette des pages migrées (vérifications simples, cohérence, affichage).
• Rédiger et adapter des contenus digitaux (pages web, textes marketing, supports type livres blancs ou infographies).

• Ensures legal oversight of projects in the fields of urban planning and housing
• Ensures legal certainty throughout planning procedures
• Analyzes risk and secures legal acts and documents
• Leads or participates in working groups
• Manages pre-litigation and litigation
• Monitors legal developments and maintains legal watch
• Drafts briefing notes for elected officials, the Executive Management and operational departments
• Delivers legal training related to urban planning and housing matters.
