Content Marketing Manager

• Guidehouse is seeking a Communications and Content Specialist to support a federal public health client
• Develop, edit, and manage clear, accurate, accessible, and clearance-ready materials that support public health programs
• Translate complex public health, technical, data, and program information into clear written materials
• Prepare clearance-ready documents, briefings, summaries, web content, fact sheets, and stakeholder-facing materials
• Support content development for public health dissemination products
• Maintain documentation repositories, content trackers, assignment logs, and web-ready materials
• Support clearance tracking and coordination for materials requiring Government review and approval prior to external release
• Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams

Communications and Content Specialist

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and readability of all content in assigned subject areas.
• Edit a variety of deliverables for style, tone, grammar, branding, and audience while ensuring that content adheres to each client’s unique preferences and requirements.
• Develop and edit content to published specifications.
• Work closely with teammates across disciplines to polish and finalize deliverables, including verifying substantiation, requesting permission to cite third-party resources, and identifying missing/incorrect content in templated materials.
• Identify essential information and key takeaways within content and verify that any key claims include appropriate substantiation.
• Review content for AI writing artifacts and red flags and edit to use more natural language while preserving the essential information.

Editor, Technical Marketing Content

• Handle escalated claims files that have complex contents or additional living expense damages.
• Conduct a thorough coverage investigation of the loss and ensure the policy was applied correctly.
• Use advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors to identify damages and write a contents damage estimate from a virtual setting.
• Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair, and easy manner.
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standard methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure adjusters to ensure holistic handling of the claim file.
• Use data and analytics to tell a story and influence decision making.
