Content Manager

• Collaborate with cross-department teams to shape the overall look + sound of Sinclair’s growing podcast portfolio
• Engineer and record content both in-person and virtually, capture and organize media efficiently
• Assemble all episode elements, mix together cohesively, and master full episodes to completion using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work collaboratively with the social and marketing teams and local content centers to create episode cutdowns for promotion across linear, social, and other digital channels
• Execute sponsorship elements, adhering to campaign requirements
• Upload episodes to both audio and video hosting platforms.
• Optimize video version of podcasts for distribution across linear, FAST, and other distribution channels
• Keep up with latest trends, software, and analytics to make informed editorial decisions and help drive innovative ways to create new content

Assistant Digital Content Editor, Podcasts

• Support creation and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Craft persuasive narratives that drive growth across business targets (e.g., donors, volunteers, texters).
• Oversee and develop email marketing donor strategy that drives fundraising by designing, executing and optimizing email campaigns targeted at acquiring, engaging and retaining donors.
• Write engaging content for marketing campaigns, blogs, articles, videos, social media posts, newsletters, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments such as philanthropy, public policy and research to align content on campaign strategy and organizational objectives.
• Integrate optimized content for search engines and user engagement.
• Monitor content performance, gathering analysis and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s voice, tone, brand and values.

Marketing Email and Content Manager

• Understand and articulate the creative vision for a project, aligning it with client objectives
• Develop an understanding of the target audience(s), their needs, and how they interact with the brand across touchpoints
• Meet with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign, then Developing marketing campaigns that are aligned with client expectations.
• Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the client’s goals
• Create documentation and write creative briefs that inspire and challenge teams to do their best work
• Partner with cross-functional teams including UX, design, copywriting, and development to bring concepts to life
• Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
• Present concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders, adjusting as needed based on feedback
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are met
• Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify areas of improvement for future projects
• Encourage out-of-the-box thinking and challenge team members to think outside their comfort zones
• Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends
• Creating strategic plans that outline how to achieve goals within a specific time frame
• Monitoring the progress of marketing media throughout development
• Tracking results of marketing strategies
• Adjusting or ending marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectations
• Strategizing ways to increase sales and brand awareness through marketing efforts such as social media campaigns or targeted advertisements
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Proactively share knowledge and best practices with team members
• Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures

Temp Content Strategist

• Develop and execute content across the full funnel, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, sales assets, and social content
• Translate complex product capabilities, industry trends, and customer stories into clear, compelling narratives
• Support demand generation and ABM initiatives with targeted, persona-driven content
• Develop thought leadership content such as research reports, industry guides, and executive-level assets
• Partner with Product Marketing to produce case studies, testimonials, and enablement materials
• Collaborate with Design and Digital Marketing to ensure content is visually strong, on-brand, and optimized for performance
• Maintain and evolve Raintree’s content voice to be confident, approachable, and trusted
• Track content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact

• Create content-focused strategic and tactical recommendations, such as content modeling and taxonomy development
• Plan and implement scalable enterprise-wide content initiatives
• Align diverse client stakeholders on a common goal
• Develop content creation processes and editorial workflow
• Build and adapt deliverables to meet client needs solving client problems with well-reasoned plans, strong communication, creative approaches, and optimism
• Research and develop information architecture and content
• Train and mentor mid-level teammates and external partners consultants
