• Rework existing Revit families to upgrade to new standards and best Revit practices.
• Using AutoCAD linework, plant images, or hand-drawn graphics as a guide, create standardized Revit families from an existing family template.
• Maintain files in a shared office folder structure.
• Cross-check the created Revit tree and shrub families to ensure they are accurate, current, and functioning correctly in the plugin.
• With experience, potential growth into a role with the direction and expansion of the Revit content library, and in the development of future Revit tools for landscape architects.

Revit Content Creator

• Create and post 3–5 TikTok videos per week on topics related to side hustles, gig work, and remote earning
• Script, film, and edit videos independently — trend-aware and brand-aligned
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to maximize reach
• Engage with comments and build community around the NoGigiddy TikTok page
• Collaborate with the social and content teams on campaign tie-ins
• Track video performance metrics and iterate on what drives views and followers
• Repurpose top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

• Support Givebutter's content production efforts by editing short-form video content for organic and paid channels
• Filming on-camera entertaining and educational content
• Supporting the development of new content formats and recurring social series
• Providing creative recommendations, trend insights, and content opportunities
• Target output includes 16+ organic short-form videos per month and 6-8 paid social / UGC-style video assets per month
• Support content production and creative execution related to Givebutter's flagship event and product launch, The Spread
• Pre-launch content production
• Event-related filming and content capture
• On-camera participation as needed
• Post-event content editing and packaging
• Content asset development and production support

Social Content Creator – Contract

• Attend 1 day per week of briefed capture
• Shoot short-form video content primarily for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Produce stills alongside video where needed
• Work from creative briefs issued by the NewGen team
• Deliver raw and lightly-edited footage to NewGen within 48 hours
• Contribute reactive or seasonal content ideas when relevant moments arise
• Attend a weekly 30-minute alignment call with the NewGen team

Social Content Creator

• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos (approximately 15 per week), UGC-style content, and behind-the-scenes stories, sketches, updates, etc.
• Create a range of content, from high-quality polished assets to lo-fi authentic videos.
• Write engaging copy for posts, captions, scripts, and campaign materials that reflect StartPlaying’s brand tone.
• Write scripts and help produce long-form content; edit and repurpose long-form content for social.
• Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and consistency.
• Curate UGC from ambassadors, creators, and customers.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate scheduling across all platforms.
• Track trends, identify emerging formats, and adapt them in fresh, brand-appropriate ways.
• Create platform-specific content (graphics, short-form video, captions) for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and others as needed.
• Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on insights to hit reach, share, and engagement goals.
• Develop and refine strategies for posting, sharing, and distributing content.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages
• Collaborate with Product, Customer, and other internal teams where necessary
• Manage influencer and creator content, including coordination, approvals, and distribution.
• Become an expert on StartPlaying and the market we operate in to ensure authentic, knowledgeable content.
• Support events, including GM recruitment, email campaigns, and event page coordination.

• Create branded graphics, social posts, and short-form content across platforms
• Design assets for campaigns, announcements, and partner promotions
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content
• Collaborate with the social, email, and growth teams on content needs
