Senior Analytics Consultant

• Support the team in delivering high-impact projects related to customs valuation, tariff classification, origin determination, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) utilization, and overall trade compliance.
• Conduct technical research on Vietnamese/Thai/Malaysian and other international customs regulations, develop strategies for import/export optimization, and advise on risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities for clients to reduce duty costs, improve compliance, or enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across Maersk’s customs clearance, logistics, and warehousing functions in Asia.
• Support automation and digitalization efforts in customs processes and global trade management systems.

• Lead and deliver human rights advisory engagements, supporting clients to identify, assess, and manage human rights risks across operations, supply chains, and business relationships.
• Apply international standards (e.g. UNGPs, OECD Guidelines) to develop practical, sector-relevant recommendations.
• Manage project workstreams independently, ensuring high-quality outputs, clear documentation, and timely delivery.
• Support business development by contributing human rights expertise to proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to scope client requirements and help shape tailored solutions, methodologies, timelines, and pricing models.
• Participate in introductory client meetings, articulating value propositions, and translating complex human rights concepts into client-relevant outcomes.
• Act as a technical point of contact during delivery, helping maintain strong client relationships and confidence in project outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of external thought leadership, including white papers, articles, webinars, and briefing notes on emerging human rights issues.

Principal Human Rights Consultant

• Provides single point of accountability for all phases of international relocation activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement.
• Provide exemplary customer service to assignee and his/her family.
• Deliver Cartus’ core products and services (consulting, cross cultural, language, moving services, etc.) to assign customers according to prescribed Cartus’ standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in all interactions with clients and customers.
• Compile data and/or coordinate the compilation of data from internal Cartus departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client reporting.
