Senior Compliance Officer

• We are looking for regulatory practitioners with experience in carrying out a range of compliance, monitoring and enforcement activities and initiatives to ensure compliance across the EPA’s legislative mandate.
• This includes the delivery of our CME functions as well as providing quality technical and procedural advice, and maintaining professional relationships with regulated parties.
• You will be responsible for conducting and assisting with compliance activities within technically complex facilities whilst adhering to health and safety policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
• You will be solution focused, able to identify system improvements and support the delivery of training within CME whilst adhering to organisational values and behaviours.
• In the Compliance team you will be acting on notifications of non-compliance from the public and from your colleagues, triaging and looking in this information, and taking the appropriate response to resolve any non-compliances identified.
• In the Monitoring team you will be ensuring compliance across a range of approved activities and ensuring that duty holders are meeting the obligations of those approvals.
• This team is particularly focused on the higher risk activities and the minimising the potential environmental harm from them.
• In the Proactive Campaigns team you will be tasked with finding innovative solutions to fix environmental issues at a system level.

Regulatory Communications Advisor

• Work closely with colleagues to learn various processes and legislations per country.
• Assists in the compilation of data and preparation of documents required by government, third party and other authoritative bodies to support product registration activities.
• Maintains and updates product and establishment registrations with all applicable agencies.
• Provides commercialization support for new and amended registrations to minimize time to market and ensure continued compliance on the market.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to evaluate risks and present strategies for minimizing the same while driving compliance of product lines.
• Assists with maintenance of regulatory affairs operating records including updating and maintaining: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and product and ingredient information, amongst others.
• Maintains and continuously expands knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Actively follows proposed changes in regulations and relevant industry trade associations.
• Strives to become a subject matter expert in the area of product registration and chemical product compliance.
• Ensure that each country’s products are labelled in a way that abide by the country’s regulations.
• Learn about the compositions of AT products i.e. macro-, micronutrients and bio-stimulants and agricultural remedies as well as whether used on roots or as foliar.

Product Regulatory Specialist

• Responsible for ensuring there is a risk and compliance lens to all BAU business-as-usual activities, strategy development and project management
• Support the identification and rectification of weaknesses that could be damaging from a financial, operational, legal or reputational perspective
• Ensure we balance our risk appetite to achieve our strategic objectives
• Responsible for supporting risk and compliance monitoring and reporting to management and the Board
• Support and coordinate continuous improvement of our risk management and compliance frameworks

Risk and Compliance Analyst

• Implement and maintain an enterprise-wide integrated risk management and governance framework
• Develop and oversee risk assessment processes across credit, market, operational, and compliance risk categories
• Maintain core corporate risk policies, including those covering: AML and financial crime, Operational and information security, Business continuity, Acceptable use and data protection
• Handle internal suspicious activity reports and submit SARs to the NCA
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness of AML controls across all business areas
• Serve as the key contact for AML audits, regulatory inspections, and scheme reviews
• Ensure FCA compliance by maintaining up-to-date procedures and supplying fraud-related data as required
• Design and deliver internal staff training on AML, PCI DSS, and compliance policies
• Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits to meet PCI, DIA, and card scheme requirements
• Build trust and ensure credibility with key business partners, auditors, customers, and regulators.

• Ensure compliance activities are completed in a timely, efficient, and effective manner to maintain regulatory compliance.

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Expertise in AML / CFT and/or Privacy Act compliance is highly desirable
• Organized and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
