• Lead the internal and external communications strategy and operations for Leadtech Group
• Manage a small team focused on content and UX/design
• Define both the 'what' and the 'how,' co-create with the team, and actively participate in the company's most critical projects
• Act as the guardian of the corporate narrative across all brands and business units
• Play a key role in managing communications related to the company's partial sale process
• Design and execute the internal communications strategy for the company's 900 employees
• Lead communications related to the partial sale process (carve-out)
• Create and maintain internal communication channels
• Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner team

• Define and execute a differentiated employer branding strategy for each Group brand
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to align employer branding communications
• Produce engaging and authentic content
• Lead the Group's corporate social media strategy
• Establish a communications governance model with clear approval, publication, and crisis management processes
• Collaborate closely with various departments to develop the internal narrative around AI adoption
• Support the AI Transformation Committee by preparing presentations, executive updates, and communication materials

Senior Communications Manager

• Lead the development and integration of internal and external communications strategies across the region
• Serve as the primary communications partner to international leadership across Western Europe, Japan, and ANZ
• Develop and lead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned to business priorities, the Medtronic Mission, and CST objectives
• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of regional communications programs
• Partner across Integrated Communications, Global Marketing, operating units, and in-country communicators to drive a coordinated "One CST" approach
• Advance and protect the company’s reputation through media relations, thought leadership, product launch support, crisis communications, and market development initiatives
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement strategies that connect employees to business priorities and organizational changes.
• Measure communications effectiveness and use insights to continuously refine strategies, strengthen message pull-through, and optimize impact across regions.
