Director of Communications

• Based in our Greenville office, you’ll be responsible for leading and delivering targeted marketing, press and events activity to reach US customers and internal teams.
• Deliver the US Commercial Communications strategy, working with distribution and media partners to ensure clear and accurate customer messaging.
• Lead the US Commercial Communications calendar, covering product launches, print and digital marketing, PR, social media, video, live and online events and internal communications.
• Manage communications activity across the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the global Communications team to ensure creative work reflects the voice of the US customer.
• Work closely with Sales, Training, Product and Support teams to prioritise activity and align communications with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, integrators, distribution partners, press and media.
• Create and distribute press releases and supporting content, managing reputation and identifying PR and award opportunities.
• Oversee US website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and a strong user experience.
• Produce regular ROI reports and campaign updates, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Support internal communications activity and promote Paxton’s culture and values.

Marketing Communications Manager

• Provide executive support and strategic counsel to Power CEO and Leadership team.
• In partnership with Power leadership and key stakeholders, define the key communications priorities and create and oversee a multi-stakeholder, multi-channel strategy and plan for internal and external communications.
• Build and lead a high-performing and collaborative Communications team.
• Help build culture of care and reinforce mission, purpose and pride across function and segment.
• Create informative, relevant, and inspiring internal/employee/executive content and assets.
• Lead communications on critical organizational projects such as M+A; organizational realignments or restructuring; and other significant developments.

Power Communications Leader

• Supporting RF Engineers and Lead Technicians during system installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects
• Installing and configuring RF transmission equipment, antennas, repeaters, and 2-way radio systems
• Assisting with RF cabling infrastructure including coax, Cat5/6, and fiber lines
• Utilizing RF test equipment for signal alignment, radio programming, and equipment mounting
• Working across diverse environments such as stadiums, hospitals, schools, and enterprise facilities
• Maintaining an RF-safe workspace compliant with safety standards
• Delivering reliable, high-quality RF work that ensures optimal coverage and customer satisfaction.

Communications Systems Technician – Trainee

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
• Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
• Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
• Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
• Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product, and Operations to align messaging, sequence communications, and ensure consistency
• Collaborate with Engagement & Retention partners to support community initiatives through clear, consistent messaging that reinforces tone and brand
• Prepare internal teams for external communications by providing context, messaging guidance, and toolkits to ensure a seamless support experience

Process Server – Experience & Communications Manager

• Provide Epic product function, design, and build expertise and experience needed for successful product implementation.
• Serve as the primary resource dedicated to application design, validation, and build within assigned area.
• Assesses current state, designs and implements future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze business/operational needs, and translates these into proper system configuration.
• Provide demonstration of system functionality creates and submits regular status reports to immediate Lead Analyst/Project Manager/IT Leadership as assigned.
• Coordinate/facilitate organizational meetings and attends weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, changes, communications, and updates.
• Develop, support, and maintain documentation and procedures as needed and provides training to other IT staff and user clients as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by team members and end-users, analyzes and coordinates system changes, and implements approved changes based on customer-designated priorities.
• Review and test build and new releases/enhancements prior to implementing in the production environment, and maintain established guidelines related to build standards (logs/tracks issues, naming and numbering conventions, build trackers etc.) and Change Control processes.
• Collaborate with Principal Trainers in the design and development of role-based training programs to support the workflows to be implemented, and assists with training of end-users on proper use of the system.
• Contribute to preparation of testing scripts, performs unit/system/integrated testing tasks in a structured manner, and appropriately documents test results.
• Provide expertise and experience to the development of activation plans, application activation tasks, and production environment readiness.
• Provide on-site support as needed during Go-live/Downtime events.

Senior Epic Analyst – Clinical Communications & Scheduling

• Own the Member Communications Strategy: You’ll develop and lead a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that defines how and when BECU proactively engages members across the full lifecycle, shifting from transactional messaging to a more strategic, marketing-driven approach.
• Lead Omnichannel Engagement Planning: You’ll determine the right mix of channels—including email, mobile app, digital experiences, statements, and other touchpoints—to deliver cohesive, engaging member experiences that drive adoption, trust, and retention.
• Drive Go-to-Market and Lifecycle Initiatives: You’ll lead marketing communications and go-to-market strategies for new features and experiences, ensuring members understand the value and are motivated to engage.
• Partner Across the Organization: You’ll collaborate closely with product, digital, operations, MarTech, UX, and creative teams to translate business needs into clear, effective communications while aligning to shared goals and timelines.
• Guide Creative Development: You’ll write clear creative briefs, provide thoughtful feedback, and partner closely with copywriters and designers to ensure messaging is on-brand, member-centric, and effective.
• Manage Campaign Execution: You’ll oversee campaign planning, calendaring, and execution, with the ability to independently manage campaigns using established tools and processes.
• Measure and Optimize Performance: You’ll define, track, and refine KPIs to evaluate performance, engagement, and impact—using insights to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
• Oversee Budgets and Business Cases: You’ll support the management of marketing budgets, monitor spend, and build business cases to support initiatives such as centralizing member communications for a more cohesive experience.
• Navigate a Regulated Environment: You’ll ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, particularly within a financial services context.
• Contribute to Team Culture: You’ll bring a collaborative mindset, share learnings and best practices, and help foster a culture where curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement thrive.
