• Own and continuously improve the NewGen change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy.
• Assess stakeholder impacts and drive readiness, engagement, and adoption initiatives across the program.
• Establish and maintain frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices for change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead stakeholder identification, prioritization, engagement, and feedback processes.
• Develop and coordinate communication plans, campaigns, messaging, and stakeholder-specific communications.
• Ensure communication governance, consistency, quality, and alignment across all NewGen initiatives.
• Support executive communications, governance materials, newsletters, and stakeholder briefings.
• Build and manage change networks, communities, and change agent engagement models.
• Partner with project teams and leadership to integrate change, communication, and stakeholder activities into program delivery.
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve measures for engagement, communication effectiveness, and adoption.

Change Management and Communications Lead

• Lead internal communications, building a clear EEM story and culture platform aligned with KONE’s RISE strategy
• Develop engaging internal channels, and content that strengthen alignment, dialogue, and employee engagement.
• Ensure crisis management readiness and response
• Coach leaders and deliver training in communication, storytelling, and crisis readiness.
• Define and execute the communications roadmap, integrating internal, change, and external communications.

Communications Manager, Eastern Europe – Mediterranean

• Driving communication strategy execution by translating business priorities into clear and engaging messaging
• Managing end-to-end communication projects, including planning, resourcing, execution and performance measurement
• Creating high-quality leadership communications across multiple channels (e.g. presentations, newsletters, intranet, emails, webcasts, videos, social media)
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on communication approaches and messaging
• Supporting strategic initiatives by designing communications that inform, inspire and engage diverse audiences
• Ensuring consistency with EY brand, tone of voice and messaging standards
• Measuring effectiveness of communication activities and using insights to continuously improve strategy
• Navigating complex organizational and market environments to anticipate communication needs and risks
