• Own SMS-focused telco apps, ensure uptime and reliability, troubleshoot protocols, and collaborate with MNOs and teams to deliver robust messaging.
• Monitor, test, and validate application configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot telco protocols using a structured and analytical approach.
• Ensure high service uptime and track service restoration in collaboration with MNOs.
• Coordinate with MNOs and internal teams across design, deployment, integration, and configuration phases.
• Execute change requests, including planning, rollout, validation, and testing.
• Adapt technical plans and propose alternative solutions based on operational needs.
• Perform additional related tasks as required.
