• Write and publish blog content for the IdeaTek website to support marketing and brand awareness.
• Create press releases and external communications to share company updates and milestones.
• Develop clear, engaging customer communications across multiple channels.
• Plan, write, and schedule daily organic content across all social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), maintaining a consistent, high-energy brand voice.
• Monitor social channels daily to engage with our followers, elevate positive community stories, and coordinate with the Manager to handle complex customer inquiries.
• Partner closely with our internal graphic designer to match your copy with stellar visuals, ensuring every social media post and email looks and sounds cohesive.
• Actively use AI tools to help improve efficiency while maintaining IdeaTek’s brand voice and creative standards.
• Support internal communications to ensure employees stay informed and aligned.
• Own and manage the company newsletter, including content planning and execution.
• Drive messaging strategy while partnering with teams across the company.
• Adapt tone and messaging to fit different audiences, platforms, and communication needs.
• Assist with email content and campaigns as needed.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice across all written materials.
• Attend key company events as needed to capture content and write timely articles or recaps.

Communications Specialist

• Execute specific programs and campaigns aligned to corporate goals, solution roadmaps, and market growth.
• Shape the company narrative and brand architecture across web, social, events, and sales enablement.
• Direct company-wide messaging for town halls and leadership communications.
• Lead and mentor other teammates within the communications function.
• Manage program budgets and evaluate PR and marketing agencies against KPIs.

Communications Director

• Own and deliver an integrated internal communications strategy that builds clarity, trust, and engagement across our key stakeholders and our employees
• Reinforce why CPS is a valued partner across the organization and celebrate successes
• Drive compelling, proactive storytelling that connects company strategy, customer insights, product progress and culture
• Lead internal communications for CPS across multiple channels and events, to drive engagement and show how our employees make a difference in the organization and for our clients
• Partner with the external communications team to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of efforts
• Work with the Payments Employee Engagement team to connect enterprise messaging and activities with our CPS employees
• Establish strong operating rhythms, measurement, and feedback loops to continuously improve understanding and engagement with messaging
• Lead a small team of business support specialists who manage the onsite operations for three key CPS sites through activities such as ordering supplies, managing access, supporting facilities issues and providing general employee support.

Internal Communications, Employee Support

• Leads development of integrated communication strategies for complex or high-visibility initiatives.
• Translates business goals, data, and stakeholder needs into clear and engaging narrative frameworks, message maps, and storytelling assets.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to internal customers, guiding narrative direction and shaping communication plans that align with organizational priorities.
• Crafts compelling, audience-centered messaging that connects emotionally and drives action.
• Elevates the organization’s narrative through consistent application of brand voice, tone, and storytelling principles.
• Develops and refines messaging for presentations, internal communications, campaigns, and digital content.
• Partners with leaders across FTI to ensure message alignment and cohesive delivery across channels.
• Provides strategic clarity and direction during ambiguous, fast-paced, or emerging situations, including rapid-response communication needs.
• Supports onboarding, knowledge sharing, and ongoing development within the communication strategy function.
• Promotes a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and innovative thinking.
• Monitors and analyzes the performance of communication strategies and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
• Identifies gaps and opportunities in communication processes, tools, and workflows to strengthen quality and efficiency.
• Champions enhancements to communication strategy methods and storytelling quality across the team.
• Mentors other communication strategy team members on storytelling, processes and communication skills.
• Manages direct reports (e.g. content specialist), offering coaching and career development opportunities.

Senior Communications Strategy Manager

• Identify campaigns for our team to test over email, social and press that would likely resonate with conservative media.
• Consistently bring in top tier media coverage on a select number of powerful campaigns.
• Consistently get social media influencers to promote campaigns within your portfolio, work with our social team to generate content for our channels that performs well.
• Support petition starters to drive their campaigns to victory and talk about their campaign to press.
• Write brand emails that perform well to a wide swath of Change.org’s email audience.
• Be on top of compelling news stories to help with campaign selection and escalation.
• Use media to drive campaign impact, victory, and brand awareness; including pitching to press, building reporter lists, and suggesting stories for social media.

Communication Strategist

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
• Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
• Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
• Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
• Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product, and Operations to align messaging, sequence communications, and ensure consistency
• Collaborate with Engagement & Retention partners to support community initiatives through clear, consistent messaging that reinforces tone and brand
• Prepare internal teams for external communications by providing context, messaging guidance, and toolkits to ensure a seamless support experience

Process Server – Experience & Communications Manager

• Leads the communication strategy for all internal channels across corporate and engineering hubs.
• Translates cross-divisional milestones and complex engineering or customer-success achievements into narratives.
• Serves as the primary communications expert and advisor to the US Integrated Functions, Customer Support, and Engineering leadership teams.
• Manages internal speaking engagements and tailored messaging for functional site executives.
• Develops the 'Airbus Innovation & Service' story.
• Oversees site-specific sponsorships and charitable donations for corporate hubs.
• Leads the coordination of internal site events and provides high-level coordination for dignitary visits and VIP tours at non-manufacturing facilities.
• Works as a key report to the Senior Director, Strategic Communications & Community Engagement.
