Cloud Engineer

• Driving an “automation first” culture to enhance customer experience and strengthen the financial viability of Cloud and Productivity engagements
• Providing technical support remotely via phone, email, or online systems to meet service response times
• Resolving client problems effectively and ensuring clear communication throughout the resolution process
• Identifying and escalating complex technical issues and managing them through to resolution
• Maintaining accurate support records and following up regularly with clients
• Mentoring Support Analysts and contributing to their development and knowledge transfer
• Uplifting automation and maturity across Cloud and Productivity platforms
• Proactively identifying areas for product, services, and education opportunities
• Demonstrating sound Health and Safety practices as per Datacom policy
