Cloud Engineer

• Manage and support cloud environments across AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, ALB, RDS, VPC, VPNs, S3, and CloudFront
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application incidents across multiple customer environments
• Implement monitoring and alerting to maintain system reliability and availability
• Collaborate with engineering teams on automation initiatives and Infrastructure as Code deployments
• Support containerized and cloud-native workloads
• Assist with performance optimization, cost optimization, and architecture improvements
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
• Participate in operational processes including incident response and on-call rotations
