Client Services Representative

• Act as the primary point of contact for post-launch client accounts
• Respond to client queries, complaints, and support requests via email
• Lead conversations about delivery progress, trade-offs, and technical considerations
• Consult with clients and proactively suggest business improvements
• Assist clients with issues and explain specialised functionality and features
• Troubleshoot, analyse, report, and follow up on errors, failures, and malfunctions
• Maintain client accounts and update billing information
• Keep detailed client records and analyse feedback for service improvements
• Own and manage multiple client projects from scoping through launch
• Translate business and functional requirements into tasks and briefs
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and delivery quality
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Coordinate delivery across development, UI/UX, SEO, content, studio, and other stakeholders
• Champion work internally and take ownership of outcomes
• Mentor and coach team members
