Client Services Representative

• Support the Client Services team throughout the campaign lifecycle, including reporting, post-campaign analysis, presentation preparation, and campaign wrap-up activities.
• Assist with reviewing campaign performance data and flagging notable findings or inconsistencies to the team.
• Assist with the preparation of weekly reports, including data collection, consolidation, quality checks, and formatting.
• Support the creation of post-campaign analysis materials and client presentations by preparing charts, tables, and performance summaries.
• Assist with data preparation and basic analysis for internal Insights and research projects using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Maintain and update internal trackers, templates, documentation, and shared resources.
• Conduct guided research on market trends, competitor activity, and digital advertising topics.
• Support the wider Japan team with ad hoc projects and coordination tasks as needed.
