Chief of Staff

• Lead, develop and manage associate veterinarians in their hospitals
• Ensure Banfield can attract, develop, engage and retain doctors that will deliver quality care
• Drive the culture and delivery of quality care by the veterinary provider team (DVM, CVT, VA)
• Validate the clinical skillset and alignment with quality standards of doctors, veterinary assistants, and veterinary technicians
• Partner with the Director of Veterinary Quality and Talent Acquisition team to recruit veterinary talent
• Deliver veterinary operations KPI's of assigned hospitals through their leadership
• Champion preventive care culture by communicating, demonstrating, and validating behaviors which drive optimum wellness plan growth
• Establish trust and gain the confidence and compliance of clients

• Lead, develop and manage associate veterinarians in Banfield hospitals
• Ensure delivery of quality care and meet expected hospital performance measures
• Act as Responsible Veterinarian for Veterinary and Pharmacy Board Permits
• Manage controlled substance inventory
• Engage and retain doctors by assessing risk and creating supportive culture
• Validate clinical skillsets of veterinary team through reviews and audits
• Oversee coaching program for newly hired veterinarians
• Partner with talent acquisition to recruit veterinary talent
• Manage medical equipment inventory and requests
• Champion preventive care culture and client complaint resolution
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Area Chief of Staff – Veterinarian

• Partner with the Managing Director to define and execute account-level strategy aligned to Intel’s technology roadmaps
• Translate customer commitments into clear internal execution plans across engineering, operations, supply chain, field service, and support teams
• Ensure Applied Materials leadership is aligned on Intel-specific priorities, risks, and opportunities
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Managing Director on Intel account performance, escalation management, and long-term partnership strategy
• Prepare executive briefings, customer reviews, and materials for Intel leadership engagements
• Track progress against customer commitments, KPIs, and SLAs; ensure follow-through on actions
• Support preparation and follow-up for critical customer meetings and engagements
• Act as the connective tissue across global functions supporting Intel
